Guilford County NC Pediatric Dental Clinic. Provides exams, treatment, cleanings, and emergency care for financially eligible children. They take children up to age 21 who are enrolled in Medicaid or NC Health Choice; pregnant women with a Medicaid card; and children who have applied for Medicaid or NC Health Choice, but were declined, whose parents can pay a reduced fee at time of service.
